We believe you should only pay for something that works. If NoSpy doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s exactly how to get your money back — no runaround, no jargon.

Our commitment to fair billing.

NoSpy subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple’s standard billing terms — and our own fair-use refund commitment on top of that.

Important: Because NoSpy is distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store, all payments and refunds are ultimately processed by Apple. This policy describes our commitments and how we’ll support you through the Apple refund process.

Try before you pay.

The Annual Pro plan includes a 3-day free trial so you can verify NoSpy works for your needs before any charge is made.

Start the free trial — download NoSpy and select the Annual plan. No charge is made at signup.

Use the full app for 3 days — unlimited scans, full history, all Pro detection modes. No restrictions.

Cancel any time before day 3 ends — open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → NoSpy → Cancel. You will not be charged.

If you don’t cancel, the Annual subscription activates automatically at the end of the trial period and you are billed for the full year.
⚠ Heads up

The Weekly plan does not include a free trial. The first charge occurs immediately at purchase. If you want to test the app risk-free, choose the Annual plan for the 3-day trial.

When we’ll go to bat for you.

We support refund requests in the following situations. Contact us at support@hiddensec.com and we will advocate on your behalf with Apple.

🐛 Technical failure

The app crashes consistently, a core detection mode is broken, or a Pro feature is entirely inaccessible — and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

💳 Accidental purchase

You were charged unexpectedly — for example, a family member purchased the subscription without your knowledge. Request within 7 days of the charge.

🔁 Duplicate charge

You were billed twice for the same subscription period. Send us your Apple transaction IDs and we will escalate immediately.

📅 Trial-to-paid confusion

You believed you cancelled within the trial window but were still charged. If you have evidence of the cancellation attempt, we will support the claim.

When a refund is unlikely to be approved.

We aim to be fair, and we won’t fight a legitimate request. But the following situations are generally outside what Apple or we can approve.

Situation Why it typically doesn’t qualify
Change of mind Subscription activated and used — the service was delivered as described.
Forgot to cancel before renewal Apple sends a renewal reminder 24 hours before each billing date. The subscription is auto-renewable by design.
Request beyond 90 days Apple’s refund window is limited. Requests more than 90 days after the charge are unlikely to be processed.
Device incompatibility NoSpy requires iOS 16 or later. Compatibility is listed on the App Store page before purchase.
Partial month / unused period Subscriptions are billed as a single period upfront. Pro-rata refunds for unused time are not available.

Two paths to a refund.

You can request a refund directly through Apple, or contact us first and we’ll guide you through the process.

Via Apple directly (fastest) — go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the NoSpy charge, and select “Request a Refund”. Apple reviews and responds within 48 hours in most cases.

Via us first (recommended for technical issues) — email support@hiddensec.com with your Apple ID email and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days and will either fix the issue or support your Apple refund request.

Cancel your subscription regardless — whether or not a refund is approved, cancel to stop future billing: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → NoSpy → Cancel Subscription.

What to expect after you request.

Timelines depend on Apple’s process, but here’s what typically happens.

The role Apple plays in your purchase.

Since NoSpy is only available on the App Store, Apple is the merchant of record for all transactions. A few things to keep in mind.

🍎 Apple is the payment processor

We never see your card number or payment details. All billing is handled entirely by Apple under their own terms and privacy policy.

🔔 Renewal reminders

Apple sends an email reminder 24 hours before any subscription renews. Check your Apple ID email regularly to stay informed.

⚙️ Managing your subscription

Cancel, pause, or switch plans at any time via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

📋 Apple’s refund policy

Apple may approve or deny refund requests at their discretion. Our policy describes when we support your request — final approval rests with Apple.

We will never dispute a legitimate refund request. If you have a genuine technical problem or a billing error on our side, we’ll do everything we can to make it right — including escalating to Apple on your behalf.
