Subscription plans

NoSpy gives you five free full scans every day — every detection method included, no credit card, no account. The paid plan removes that limit and unlocks the features that matter most when you scan frequently: unlimited scans, full history, improved detection accuracy, and no ads. Here is everything you need to know before you decide.

ℹ️ Before you upgrade

The free plan is genuinely free — no trial expiry, no credit card required, no hidden limits on which detection modes you can use. If you scan occasionally, it covers everything you need. The Pro plan is built for people who scan regularly: travellers, short-term rental guests, and anyone who checks a new space more than a few times a week.

What the free plan includes

Every NoSpy user — whether they have ever paid or not — gets access to all three core detection modes: AI camera scan, infrared lens detection, and magnetic field sweep. There is no locked-down “lite” version of these modes on the free plan. The limit is five complete scans per day, which resets at midnight in your local timezone.

For most people, five scans a day is more than enough. A typical trip to a short-term rental involves one full sweep on arrival. A hotel stay involves one. A new office involves one. If you are not scanning multiple spaces every day, the free plan handles your real-world use without restriction.

The free plan does not include Wi-Fi network audit or Bluetooth tracker scanning. These are network-layer features — they inventory every connected device in range and flag anything behaving unexpectedly — and they are part of the Pro tier.

What Pro adds — and when it matters

The Pro plan removes the five-scan daily limit entirely. It also enables the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth auditing features, stores your full scan history so you can compare results across visits, removes advertising, and runs on the higher-accuracy detection model. Here is what each of those means in practice.

Unlimited scans matter if you travel frequently, move between multiple spaces in a day, or run scans for other people — a partner, a family member, a colleague checking into the same hotel. Five scans per day is a hard ceiling, and it is reached faster than you might expect if scanning is part of a regular routine.

Wi-Fi network audit lists every device currently connected to the same network as your phone, including devices using generic or manufacturer-default names that are designed not to draw attention. A camera streaming to a network does not need to announce itself — but it does appear on a network inventory if you know where to look. This feature is particularly relevant for short-term rentals, where the camera may be connected to the host’s home Wi-Fi and visible on the same network you connect to as a guest.

Bluetooth tracker scan finds AirTags and other BLE tracking devices in bags, under vehicle chassis, and inside furniture. This is a separate threat vector from hidden cameras but one that travels with the same audience — people who are conscious of being surveilled. The scan runs in under a minute and covers all detectable BLE devices in range.

Full scan history lets you review every scan you have ever run, with timestamps, detection results, and the specific flags raised in each session. This is useful if you want to document what you found — or what you did not find — for a specific location, and compare subsequent visits. It is also the record that matters if you ever need to demonstrate what a scan showed at a specific time and place.

Better detection accuracy refers to the on-device model tier used for AI camera scanning. The Pro model is more recent, runs at higher resolution, and produces fewer false positives. The free model is functional — it flagged 9.2 of 10 targets correctly in our May 2026 lab tests against real hidden cameras — but the Pro model performs noticeably better on edge cases: partial obstructions, unusual angles, and lenses embedded behind textured surfaces.

Which plan is right for you

If you scan once or twice a week — checking into a short-term rental, inspecting a new hotel room, sweeping a changing room — the free plan is sufficient and there is no pressure to upgrade. Five scans a day resets every midnight, and all three core detection modes are fully available.

The Annual Pro plan makes sense if any of the following apply: you travel multiple times a month and scan every new space; you want the Wi-Fi audit to check for network-connected cameras in rentals; you want a searchable history of your scans; or you scan for other people in your household and need more than five sessions per day. At roughly $2.50 per month billed annually, it is the lower-cost route if you will use it more than occasionally.

The Weekly plan is for genuine one-off use — a single trip or a specific situation where you need unlimited scans for a short window and do not want to commit to an annual subscription. At $4.99 per week, it costs more over time than the annual plan, but it is the right choice if your need is short-term and specific.

Free trial and cancellation

The Annual Pro plan includes a 3-day free trial. During the trial, you have access to every Pro feature at no cost. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. Cancellation is handled through your Apple ID settings — there is no cancellation form, no retention flow, and no contact required.

After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the annual rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Apple sends a renewal reminder before each billing period. The weekly plan does not include a trial period — it charges immediately on confirmation.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Yes. The free plan gives you five complete scans per day using all three core detection modes — AI camera scan, infrared, and magnetic sweep. No credit card is required to download or use it. The only limits are the five-scan daily cap and the absence of Wi-Fi audit, Bluetooth scan, and scan history, which are Pro-only features.
The counter resets at midnight in your local timezone. If you hit the limit and need more scans the same day, you can start a Pro trial at that point — the 3-day trial on the Annual plan is available at any time and gives you immediate unlimited access. If your situation is a one-off, the Weekly plan is also available without a trial period.
Yes — Apple requires a payment method on file to start any subscription trial, and the Annual plan will charge automatically at the end of the three days if you do not cancel. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. You cancel through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. There is no cancellation fee and no contact required.
Yes. You can change your subscription plan at any time through your Apple ID settings. If you switch from Weekly to Annual, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. If you switch from Annual to Weekly, the downgrade also takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Apple manages all subscription changes — NoSpy does not handle billing directly.
No. NoSpy is currently iPhone-only. The detection methods rely on specific iPhone hardware capabilities — particularly the front-facing camera’s IR response and the magnetometer sensitivity — and the app has been optimised and benchmarked specifically for iOS. There is no Android version planned at this time.
No. NoSpy is built offline-first. Scan data, history, and detection results are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. This applies to both the free and Pro plans. The only network activity the app performs is the standard App Store subscription verification — your scan data is never involved.
